intellectualpropertista was established as a portal for news and comment on Australian intellectual property law. It was launched on 1 April 2012. It aims to help IP professionals and students keep up to date on the latest happenings in Australian intellectual property, and on international intellectual property developments that might influence Australian law and/or interest Australian practitioners.

New developments might not be posted as up-to-the-minute updates (day jobs might get in the way of this). Rather, the site is intended to provide a general ‘current events’ portal for those interested in Australian intellectual property law.

Please let intellectualpropertista know if you have any news you’d think readers might like to know about. Guest posts will also be considered, so feel free to get in touch if you’re from a law firm and you’d like intellectualpropertista to repost or link to updates you publish on your website.
